Thats why Google Fit collaborated with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Heart Association (AHA) to bring you Heart Points, an activity goal that can help improve your health.nnActivities that get your heart pumping harder have tremendous health benefits for your heart and mind.
Youll earn one Heart Point for each minute of moderate activity like picking up the pace when walking your dog, and double points for more intense activities like running.

Prashanth v
"Is not tracking my cycling when my phone is off"
Shaun Gomes
"Was hoping by the name it would link with my fitbit for single source input. No such luck. I need to use 3 separate apps to maintain all the information from all the sources the doctors require of me."
Bruce Warner
"App is junk. 4000 steps, 40 minutes, original distance 2.4 km, suddenly became only 0.8 km"
yn
"I can't find heart rate tracker. In your help it says check the home panel. But it's not there. When I open heart rate from different place I have to input manually. I dont want manually, I want to use my phone for tracking using flashlight."
Lilit
"Works great! Syncs well across devices and apps!"
Wen Yang Thian
"Bad app support. There is this bug where the latest activity in the journal always disappears after 1 second and you have to refresh if you want to see it again. It's been there for years :("
Petya Ruskova
